We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the fantastic beach and well-kept pool area. The location is perfect, just steps from the beautiful Isla Verde beach and various dining options. The rooms were clean but somewhat dated, and while the service was good, there were some hiccups with air conditioning. Overall, it was a solid choice for our pre-cruise stay with some minor improvements needed in certain areas.

My stay at the Intercontinental in San Juan was wonderful! The hotel offers stunning ocean views and the cleanliness was top-notch, making my trip feel very relaxing. Overall, the hotel is an excellent choice for a comfortable stay with great amenities.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to have a lovely beach area and a vibrant pool scene. The location is very convenient, just a short drive from the airport. However, the experiences I had with the staff were disappointing, as I encountered issues with service and some cleanliness concerns. On top of that, the dining options weren't what I hoped for, making it hard to fully enjoy my stay.
